Your responsibilities

• Sell automation components and system solutions for machinery and plant engineering
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Develop automation solutions based on customer requirements
• Acquire new customers and win them over to B&R
• Collaborate with our application team to ensure successful project implementation
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to showcase our innovative products and solutions
• Provide insights into market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies
• Communicate effectively with the headquarters and follow up on issues

Your background

• A degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Several years of experience in the field of automation technology, preferably in a sales-related role
• You should be able to dimension complete systems, including drive technology and control systems, and ideally have already gained successful experience in technical sales
• High-level skills in contact and communication, customer orientation, persuasiveness, and negotiation are qualities that make you successful in your daily work in the market and with customers
• Personally, you are characterized by teamwork and flexibility
• Fluent in German and basic English knowledge
