The unit for International Relations Europe and Unite!, at the International Affairs at TU Darmstadt, develops the European partnerships of TU Darmstadt, advises students and scientists of TU Darmstadt on Erasmus+-funded stays at European partner universities and supports international students and scientists of these partner universities during their stay at TU Darmstadt. TU Darmstadt also coordinates the European University Alliance Unite! (University Network for Innovation Technology and Engineering) with eight partner universities.
- Financial management of the Erasmus+ programme;
- Financial and administrative processing of internal funding and mobility measures;
- Support in the supervision of outgoing students and MoveOn database management;
- Support in the creation of texts, presentations and tabular overviews;
- Event organization;
- Purchase orders and accounting.
- Successfully completed professional training, preferably commercial or business;
- Experience in the financial management of externally funded projects;
- Good knowledge of administrative processes, preferably in scientific institutions;
- Confident handling of modern office and communication technology (especially MS Office) and database management (e.g. SAP);
- Knowledge of European scientific systems and the Erasmus+ programme is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
- High affinity for numbers
- Independent working style and strong organizational skills;
- Friendly, confident and engaging appearance;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Experience in dealing with international guests
