FOR OUR HQ IN DÜSSELDORF WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR YOU AS

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of A/B tests using testing tools such as Adobe Target, Kameleoon, and Dynamic Yield
• Ensuring the precise tracking of experiments through the creation of events and the correct population of the data layer
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Technology team to ensure seamless technical integration of the testing tools
• Cooperation with A/B Test Managers, UX experts, and business stakeholders
• You act in an advisory role for the business and continuously coordinate with the department
• You maintain close contact with the IT team and understand the requirements for a performant, secure, and stable platform
• You enjoy expanding your knowledge, staying in touch with other frontend developers, and actively contributing to the Douglas Frontend community

• You have a university degree or completed an apprenticeship in the field of Computer Science, E-Commerce, Application Development, or a related discipline
• You bring extensive experience in the technical implementation and tracking of A/B tests for web applications
• You possess solid knowledge in the development of web applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or comparable frameworks, as well as a general proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
• Practical experience with State Management Libraries (e.g., Redux), Responsive and Adaptive Web Design
• You are familiar with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Your pronounced teamwork and communication skills set you apart
• You strive for continuous improvement
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
