Business Development Representative for a sustainability... in Berlin bei One Click LCA

Outbound hunter for a fast-growing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of construction, representing half of the global carbon emissions.

We are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to prospect for new opportunities and execute campaigns to the existing customer base as well as new logo acquisition.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

You will join the global Business Development team and report directly to our Sales Operations & Enablement leader. You will work closely with our global business development team as well as the wider company. You will join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment.

You will work as part of a small team, driving demand and helping the business development team expand our business with existing customers as well as those new to One Click LCA. This role will be responsible for rapidly growing opportunities and working closely with the Business Development teams to maximise the opportunities in this fast-growing market.

We are seeking to bring on board three Business Development Representatives fluent in English, Swedish, or German, respectively.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe or the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including emails and social media.
• Target and establish direct contact with prospects.
• Provide a concise value proposition and position One Click LCA as a potential trusted advisor to our customers.
• Document and create opportunities using Salesforce - our CRM system.
• Provide clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities and all business development activities.
• Work closely with regional Business Development teams, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, creating a positive first impression.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Be an active member of the Global Business Development team, contribute and help build global best practices.

What you need:

• 2 years of experience in outbound sales for high-growth SaaS environments.
• Self-motivated and results-orientated.
• Knowledge of prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, Sales Navigator and others is a plus.
• Ability to manage a changing workload and remain proactive at all times.
• A strong drive to get things done and overcome challenges.
• Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style.
• Good cooperation skills.
• Understanding of and passion for sustainability, and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
• Fluency in English / Swedish / German.
