Your future role. - As Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the High Voltage Motors (Compact and GMM) throughout the entire product life cycle at the respective locations (Nuremberg, Drasov, Norwood, Tianjin)
- You are responsible for deriving measures for product improvement and additional cost reduction, as well as coordinating overarching measures on a global level
- You will solve customer feedback in interdisciplinary and international teams, including through 8D processes
- You will support the product management in product change/improvement measures (HVM Motors) in the joint derivation of preventive Q measures including responsibility for implementation
- You will work together with the QMs in the plants on digitization and achievement of quality goals
- You are the responsible Product Quality Manager for customers and participate in customer communication and customer presentations for your product cluster
- Quality gates / main reviews for defined milestones of assigned projects are prepared and carried out on your part
- You will assess technical risks, support risk-based analysis #FMEA in interdisciplinary teams and coordinate measures to reduce errors
Your profile. - The basis of your success is a successfully completed degree with a technical specialization
- Building on this, you have relevant, several years of experience in the field of quality or quality-related functions related to technology (e.g. engineering, R&D, service, etc.)
- Furthermore, they are proficient in quality methods of risk analysis and quality planning (e.g. PQP, MQP, FMEA) as well as problem management (e.g. 8D, RCA)
- You have a high level of technical expertise with the functionality of the electric motors as well as manufacturing and assembly technologies
- You are a strong communicator in business fluent German and English
- Personally, you convince with analytical skills, teamwork and assertiveness as well as a result-oriented way of working with a pronounced quality and customer orientation
- In addition, you enjoy working in international teams and intercultural sensitivity rounds off your profile
