Become a part of Mercedes-Benz as an employee*in workshop counter/goods inwards and take on the following tasks

Independently check and process parts requests from the workshop

Clarify arising technical questions in connection with the parts definition

Check availability of parts and initiate or carry out procurement of parts

Process parts requests from customers in Parts and Accessories Sales in a preparatory manner and hand over to the customer in individual cases

Answer telephone inquiries about price availability Issue and take back parts and place them in storage

Process exchange parts, warranty parts and old parts

Participate in inventory work

Accompany disposal processes

To be best qualified for the position you possess:

a completed vocational training

Experience in the parts and accessories sector

comprehensive knowledge of vehicle technology

a class B driver's license and, desirably, a driver's license for industrial trucks

a high degree of commitment, flexibility, resilience and team spirit

very good computer skills in the relevant programs

an independent, self-reliant way of working and a high willingness to learn

a friendly and professional appearance as well as good interpersonal skills.

The position is full-time and limited to 12 months, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.
