We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling sponsorship options and educational services to MedTech companies, as well as Winglet+ training subscriptions to clinics and individual doctors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with co-founder to establish and execute a structured sales process
Create compelling sales materials for online and in-person presentations
Craft persuasive sales emails to engage with leads
Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and in-person visits
Use cold calling to connect with potential customers
Follow up persistently and systematically via email, phone, and Zoom
Analyze the needs of existing and potential customers to provide tailored solutions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate terms, close sales, and secure contracts
Occasionally attend in-person meetings and medical conferences alongside the co-founder
Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and maintain status reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in written communication, including crafting compelling email messages
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated and driven by goals
Prior experience as a Sales Representative and/or experience in the medical field is advantageous
Business fluent in German (minimum C1) and English
