We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling sponsorship options and educational services to MedTech companies, as well as Winglet+ training subscriptions to clinics and individual doctors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with co-founder to establish and execute a structured sales process
- Create compelling sales materials for online and in-person presentations
- Craft persuasive sales emails to engage with leads
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Use cold calling to connect with potential customers
- Follow up persistently and systematically via email, phone, and Zoom
- Analyze the needs of existing and potential customers to provide tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and secure contracts
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings and medical conferences alongside the co-founder
- Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and maintain status reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in written communication, including crafting compelling email messages
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and driven by goals
- Prior experience as a Sales Representative and/or experience in the medical field is advantageous
- Business fluent in German (minimum C1) and English
