Who we are looking for...
You are a real "people person" and have the right knack for attracting the right personalities to our fantastic hotel. You always take an organized approach, have applicant management under control and always have your finger on the pulse of new recruiting trends!
What your responsibilities are...
- You are responsible for applicant management (screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, accepting or rejecting applications, preparing offers)
- You conduct professional and target-oriented job interviews
- You administer the applicant flow
- You work closely with HR management to fill the required positions in a targeted manner
- You inform yourself about new recruiting trends and make suggestions for demand and implementation
- You represent us at trade fairs, schools and universities, both on site and digitally
- You work with our digital HR recruiting tools and maintain the data
- You create job descriptions and job advertisements
- You post our vacancies on the various channels and are also the direct contact to external recruiting companies
- You work closely with our department heads to continuously optimize the recruitment process to ensure a swift hiring process
- You implement social media & employer branding activities together with our employer branding team
- You are actively sourcing on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- You work closely with the other HR departments
What we need from you...
- Ideally, you have sound hotel experience and understand exactly what is important for hotel teams
- You have experience in recruiting and can conduct professional interviews
- You are a "people person", are communicative and have a radiant personality
- You have a fantastic demeanor, are charming and impress with your professionalism
- You are a talented communicator with good German and English skills
- Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
- Work permit for EU/Germany
