My client is a leading FMCG company with a passion for innovation and excellence. They have recently created a custom ERP template that they plan to roll out across multiple countries. They are seeking an experienced ERP Rollout Manager to join their team and manage the rollout process.

As the ERP Rollout Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rollout of my client’s custom ERP template across multiple countries. You will work closely with their IT team and other stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation process, managing change management activities, and training end-users on the new system.

Responsibilities:
Manage the ERP rollout process across multiple countries

Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the ERP system

Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of the new system

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users

Travel to each site to oversee the implementation process and train end-users on the new system

Manage post-implementation support activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multi-country ERP rollouts

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources

Strong change management skills, including the ability to manage resistance to change

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Ability to travel up to 4 days per week to various sites for implementation and training
