As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives through the project lifecycle, whilst ensuring the delivery of project objectives. Different assignments enable you to get to know various facets of organization, where you will interact with a range of stakeholders. Your work will make an important contribution to the strategic goals of MSF Germany.
In your role you will
- Support project initiators by developing ideas into concrete proposals and business cases
- Define and design a project setup tailored to the circumstances
- Apply project management frameworks, standards and methodologies
- Create and maintain project budget and planning documentation
- Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders for decision-making and aligning of expectations
- Develop and deliver project communications and change management activities
- Contribute to the strategic development of the project management office
- Manage resources and develop solutions to arising issues
You Have
- At least three years of practical experience in managing complex projects from initiation through closure
- Excellent communication, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English and German
- Technical competency with relevant software solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- Completed studies, project management certification preferred (e.g. PMP, Prince2, IPMA)
- Ability prioritize and excecute many tasks in parallel in a dynamic environment

- Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 4 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 3714 Euro to a maximum of 4698 Euro, depending on the relevant professional experience
