- Work with other Scrum Masters and colleagues on fostering the cultural change - grow together and be better tomorrow – you will have the opportunity to participate in different training sessions (Scrum Master Certificate)
- Support facilitating scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Apply agile methodology to our Business Transformation Program including the template build activities of packaged software solutions
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and help the team be more productive
- Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
- Support the Product Owner and the Teams in finding techniques for backlog prioritization & conflict resolution to maximize value

What should you bring to the team?
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies (ideally first working experience as an Intern or working student)
- You are interested in learning new things, and you enjoy working in a team
- Knowledge of different agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe) is a plus
- Knowledge in tools like Jira, Confluence or Miro are an asset
Strong communication and facilitation skills in English is mandatory and knowledge of German is a plus.
