Business Development Manager Pharma & Healthcare (m/f/d) Integrated Logistics

In this position you will have significant exposure to all facets of Maersk. On a daily basis communication with external clients and internal departments such as sales, product, finance, regional and center teams.

- Manages, develops and prioritizes a portfolio of pharmaceutical companies
- Key contact to the customer to understand their strategy and direction in order to develop opportunities to grow the business
- Defines the customer strategy and creates a detailed Account Planning/ Share of wallet for the next years
- Reviews sales performance
- Find the right customers to fulfill our integrator strategy
- Within own area, considering maritime technology strategy, resources and
- competencies, and BU priorities
- Identify end to end sales opportunities both within our existing client base and fresh logos in Pharma sector
- Maintain a list of Lead Logistics target clients. Develop and create win strategies.
- Implement a sales and operational planning communication with Ocean / Air to ensure allocation can be met for target clients.
- Participate in client meetings / workshops and provide effective suggestions and feedback.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- Experience in Contract Logistics with a significant network of Pharma clients.
- Experience in Air/ Ocean/ Road/ Rail transportation
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and their pain and needs
- Key Accounts management skills
- Fluent in English
- Project Management skills, experienced in new sales opportunities and project launch
- Ability to co-ordinate and mentor teams to maintain governance and compliance on project management.
- Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team.
- P&L responsibility for customer; central point of escalation for customer concerns
