HR Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
- Joining an exceptional team, you'll collectively manage a multitude of HR products and processes on both national and global scales, contributing significantly to relevant projects with international dimensions.
- As the primary point of contact, you'll provide guidance to HR Business Partners and local teams on regional matters, actively supporting them, anticipating needs, and devising solutions.
- You'll serve as a sparring partner for complex HR issues between teams in Germany and internationally.
- In your role as a coordinator, you'll advocate for the interests of Germany and abroad with stakeholders, collaborating with your team members to drive key improvements in interfaces, particularly domestically.
- You'll play an active role in guiding transformation and change processes at national and international levels.
- Coordinating HR policy implementations during structural changes and offering guidance on local measures within HR policies.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
- You possess a completed university degree or a commercial education.
- Demonstrating a keen grasp of complex matters, you're proactive and results-oriented in driving them forward.
- Your strengths lie in your analytical and conceptual skills, with experience in various project types (agile/classic/hybrid).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for intercultural collaboration set you apart.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
- You exhibit a pronounced team and service orientation, along with dedication, flexibility, and a high level of commitment.
- Previous experience in an HR department, such as a management consultant, project manager, or specialist, is advantageous
