Operations trainee

A rotational program
You will be working on several operational projects. You will be in daily contact with your immediate colleagues, warehouse staff, drivers, customers. As a trainee you will help drive and build the growth of your department and the company. The following issues will be discussed during the traineeship: general warehouse management, reviewing the warehouse orders, managing a team of employees, monitoring KPI’s, making cost-benefit analyses, HSEQ knowledge,…

Do you have what it takes?

You have obtained your bachelor’s or master degree . You communicate fluently in English and German, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
You are a born communicator, you communicate clearly and you dare to consult with others. This way you get to know your colleagues in different departments, in different sites, in different countries and work smoothly with them.
Over the next period you will be working on a variety of tasks and projects. You are therefore flexible in terms of job content, working hours and location. You will work mainly in Manchester but international assignments are part of the scope.
You can see things in a broader context, question them and draw the right conclusions. In this way you learn continuously and discover new opportunities in terms of efficiency and optimization.
You have excellent organizational skills and know how to get things done. During your growth trajectory and the different projects you are involved in, you will have to plan and follow-up a lot.
