Operational Influence Platform Country Lead

You will represent the Operational Influence Platform (OIP) as a Country Lead supporting Military Information Support Operations (MISO) in the development and implementation of marketing efforts and advertising campaigns designed to provide awareness and increase engagement among citizens within the European Area of Responsibility (AOR). You’ll apply a strong working knowledge of strategic communications and European markets, along with expertise in assessment gathering and coordination activities. Represent the OIP program in contingency MISO planning efforts, functional plan development and validation, coordination, and integration in conjunction with Department of Defense (DoD) components and interagency partners. You’ll coordinate meetings and engagements with key stakeholders including Booz Allen, subcontractors, and DoD clients, and support program management activities including financials management, staffing, and subcontracting.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in the marketing or strategic communications field
• 8+ years of experience with program management
• Experience with Psychological Operations (PSYOP) or Military Intelligence
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working internationally
• Experience at the U.S. Military COCOM or component level
• Experience with joint planning and interagency coordination
• Experience preparing and presenting briefings at the general officer level
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree
