FIBA Europe seeks to recruit a full-time Eligibility Administrator for its Eligibility and Sports Department in
Munich, Germany.

FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, is the world governing body for basketball, is an independent association formed by 212 National Basketball Federations throughout the world.
FIBA Europe is created under the General Statutes of Federation Internationale de Basketball (FIBA). The members of FIBA Europe form the European Zone of FIBA.
FIBA Europe is organised as a registered non-profit Association under German law. The name of the Association is "FIBA Europe e. V." and its Headquarter is situated in Munich, Germany.
KEY RESPONSABLILITIES
As our Eligibility Administrator, you will deal with the registration and licencing of players participating in all official FIBA competitions at club and national team European level. Reporting to the Head of Eligibility, you will work closely with the European national federations and clubs affiliated to FIBA. You will act as a liaison to assist clubs, federations and related parties with enquiries related to the eligibility process and will apply your input for the maintenance and improvement of the administration process in the database.
YOUR PROFILE
· Have excellent administrative skills and the ability to work with large databases as well as the capacity to work accurately under time pressure.
· Be able to demonstrate excellent written and analytical skills. Strong computer skills are required.
· Be fluent in English (either a native English speaker or to have exceptional command of English) in written and oral form. Advanced knowledge of French/Russian/German is welcome. Working knowledge of other European languages is a plus but not a requirement.
· Have a good knowledge of basketball in Europe and beyond.
· Have an international outlook.
· Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to work and perform well under pressure.
· European Union nationality or holding a valid European work permit.
