Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

As a Business Development Representative (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in generating new business. Your main objective will be to prospect potential clients, build strong relationships, and qualify leads to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that target key decision-makers and showcase the value of our software solutions.

• Research and identify potential customers for Thinkproject
• Prospect for new business opportunities within top priority accounts
• Execute a high volume of inbound and outbound prospecting calls to potential TP customers
• Educate potential TP customers around the benefits of the TP product solution suite
• Develop relationships and collaborate at various levels of sales team and sales team management
• Develop a prospect pipeline and forecast SQL by effectively following sales process and managing all opportunities within TP CRM
• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all commercial offering and support policies
• High level of use and comfort of utilising social media and prospecting intelligence resources
• Maintain a high knowledge level of the company’s solutions and services

• You have a passion for sales and customer service
• Ideally, you have professional experience in telephone customer service or a call centre
• You are friendly and professional when dealing with customers on the phone and can organise and structure yourself well
• You have strong communication skills
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are a team-player
