relocation partner support

You are responsible for ensuring that our service runs smoothly every day
You communicate with our partner companies on an equal footing, negotiate prices and dispatch orders You react quickly, confidently and solution-oriented to problems
You will find the optimal path between internal productivity goals, customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of our partners
You will pursue issues through to the solution and work closely across departments with Customer Care, Daily Operations and our partner management
You take on administrative tasks
You give continuous feedback on our processes and services and make specific suggestions for improvement

customer support

You look after our customers and partners professionally by phone, email and chat
You have a talent for communication and convince with your sympathetic, confident and reliable manner
You are characterized by a high service mentality
You will find it easy to work on different tasks at the same time You know how to respond to the expectations of customers and partners
On the customer side, you will, among other things, process order changes and take care of short-term issues during the move
