ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a working student, you will support our Berlin based EU HR team in all areas of Human Resources. You will get to know many different aspects of our day-to-day business in an internationally oriented company. We offer you the opportunity to gain professional experience in a great team in many areas of human resources work and thus lay the foundation for a career path in Human Resources.
As a Working Student, Human Resources, you will...
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g. contract management and personnel administration (correspondence, filing, controlling, monitoring).
- Support the HR Partners with new joiner onboarding and employee queries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Raise and follow up on administrative tickets.
- Support with the roll-out and maintenance of new and existing employee benefits and perks.
- Support with creation of statistics and reports.

Basic Qualifications
- You’re still a full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left.
- Fluency both written and verbal in German and English.
- Experience with MS Office programs.
- Availability of 20 hours per week for a period of at least 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Studies in economics, human resources management or a comparable course.
- First experiences with human resources work, preferably also from previous training or a bachelor's degree.
OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week.
- Compensated with €15.87 per hour.
