RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading a distributed team of analysts.
• Shaping the vision for the development of the Anti-Fraud product;
• Optimizing and shaping operational processes.
• Analyzing payment traffic and identifying fraud schemes.
• Automating anomaly detection and creating analytical reports and dashboards for internal and external use.
• Participating in the operation and modernization of the company's internal anti-fraud system.
• Communicating with representatives of payment systems and gaming partners.
• Creating fraud prevention strategies aligned with specific partners' needs.
• Participating in company events alongside representatives of other teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in fintech/e-commerce with transactional fraud.
• Strong soft skills and people management skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of various types of data.
• Understanding of fraud monitoring programs from payment networks.
• Analyzing information and presenting results in the form of dashboards/reports.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Willingness to independently learn new industry trends and assess risks for the current system.
• Conversational English (Intermediate and above or native).
• Active participation in internal meetings and communication with partners.
• Interest in developing in the direction of data analysis.

• Experience with Python models.
• Experience in game development, fintech, and related fields.
