What part will you play?
- Main task is to build e-learnings together with internal collaborators and external agencies.
- Planning, prioritizing and leading learning activities according to the DI Sales strategy.
- You will conduct an analysis of the adaptation gaps of existing trainings to the specific needs of DI Sales.
- Additionally, you will create a roadmap to ensure that training is available for the required proficiencies of the DI regional sales organizations.
- You will address projects to craft and implement new digital learning programs, considering the requirements of digital transformation, by discussing and engaging course content and formats with specialists, appropriate service providers and Global Learning Growth.
- In coordination with stakeholders in internal organizations, develop requirement specifications, storylines, and training content.
- Besides evaluating the training efficiency for the assigned courses, you will also derive optimization measures.
What you need to make real what matters.
- The basis of your profile is a successfully completed an academic degree in media science or similar qualification from reputable university or college.
- Moreover, you have at least multiple years of professional experience in the field of digital training creation and have already acquired knowledge in project management.
- You bring with solid practical Knowledge in agile working, competence management, while proven experience in communication with external agencies are desirable.
- The demeanor of wanting to change something in terms of a new way of working, as well as lifelong learning characterizes you.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge and skills in customer orientation, as this is a sales-oriented training program.
- Very good English skills and ideally business proficient German round off your profile
