Join our cultural diverse Talent Acquisition Team as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and choose your site or work from home. We are looking for highly engaging and hands-on individual with a great drive for results. This role is a 18 months fixed term contract.
The vision for our Talent Acquisition Hub is to attract, engage and acquire the right talent to enable sustainable business growth by building a robust Leadership Pipeline in Germany and UK.
A key focus will be on managing business needs that operate in a highly dynamic and competitive recruitment market and building pipeline of potential candidates that align with Mars Five Principles while continually promoting Mars employer reputation.
You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting for Mars business for senior level roles within the organization. For the assigned functions and areas, you will be responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high potential associates who will drive the business forward.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Responsible for internal and external recruitment for various roles in the organization
Partner closely with stakeholders to determine core capabilities/experiences for success in the roles within their scope, whilst attracting diverse candidates with the right skills, capabilities and ability to bring the Mars signature culture to life
Create a sourcing & recruiting strategy to attract diverse candidates, anticipating hiring needs by understanding current and future demand plans for the assigned areas; key talent needs and developing proactive sourcing plans to address gaps
Serve as a Mars ambassador and guardian of caliber for diversity and candidate experience through the recruitment process
Drive insights out of data and proactively share those to inform the most effective recruitment strategy
Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively sourcing for high-quality candidates and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, developing creative and alternative external sources of talent and remaining informed around external recruitment best practices
What are we looking for?
Fluent in German is essential due to managing topics of employment law; fluent in English is important due to our international setup and being able to converse with stakeholders at all levels
Extensive relevant experience in full life-cycle recruitment for senior/executive level positions in a complex matrix organization
Experience with Workday or any other recruitment system
Ability to deliver recruiting solutions to geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently delivering professional customer service
Ability to interpret global processes, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed
Ability to prioritize business and customer needs while providing high value/satisfaction with clients/candidates
