Your role will be pivotal in managing activation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging our expanding contact base to its full potential.
As a central figure in our global marketing efforts, you'll be instrumental in:
- Seamlessly integrating contact and data management across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales
- Crafting and timely distributing customer-facing automated communication campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with our market goals
- Utilizing insights from customer data to enhance retention and loyalty, and constantly improving our CRM and lead management practices
- Develop and execute an automation strategy that aligns with our company objectives
- Manage various CRM facets including emails, workflows, loyalty/referral programs, and data management
- Track key metrics, identify trends, and continuously refine our approach
- Build engaging email campaigns, ensuring optimal form and content, in collaboration with our creative team
- Regularly conduct A/B testing and deep-dive analyses to sharpen our marketing strategies
- Proven background in Marketing, Sales, CS, or a related field
- Fluent in English and preferably another language (German or Swedish)
- Proficient with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to testing and improvement
- Excellent understanding of market segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel marketing synergies
- Ability to articulate and work with KPIs in a business-driven environment
- Employment Type: Full-time position (40 hours /week)
- Seniority Level: Mid-level professional, ideally with 2-3 years of relevant work experience

- Location: The role can be based either in Berlin, Germany or Gothenburg, Sweden. To facilitate effective collaboration and team interaction we spend four days per week in our office
