Your tasks:

Conception, creation and distribution of content and content formats across all channels, from internal newsletters to press, events, web and social media

Social media communication and management of the student social media team

Focus on student topics

Overall editorial management assistance for all content channels (internal, press, web, newsletter, social media, events)

Writing and editing texts of all kinds (press releases, internal communications, Q&As, interviews, briefings, postings, etc.)

Development and implementation of digital formats

Management of external service providers (monitoring, text, agency, photographers, video, etc.)

Independent conception, management and budgeting of communication projects

Advising the individual business units on communication issues

Collaboration and support in all areas of communication at national and international level
Your profile:

Completed studies in the natural sciences or humanities or in the field of communication sciences / journalism - alternatively a corresponding traineeship

Professional experience in public relations, editing, social media, event communication, content development, corporate or science communication on the corporate/university or agency side

Interest in student and university policy topics and well understanding of the university

Very good written and spoken German and English skills, further language skills are desirable

Very good knowledge of social media

Strong communication skills, especially in an international, diverse environment, as well as a high degree of teamwork and service orientation

Confident handling of all Office applications
