Head of People Business Partner (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You work closely with the management team to understand fully their business objectives, performance issues, strategic drivers, and associated people requirements for both current and future organisational challenges. • In close cooperation with the HR Leadership Team, you drive the 'ONE TEAM' approach across segments and together ensure the development and implementation of the People Roadmap that supports strategic aims and enables DocMorris to attract, retain, motivate and develop its people. • You ensure a high quality partnership and consultancy experience at all levels of the business and continuously grow and develop the cross-site People Partner team by managing their performance and maintaining their and your own up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR trends etc. • Taking the lead role in people management delivery and overseeing the most complex organisational issues you bring evidence-based practice and data driven approaches into the organisation and ensure all people processes are executed effectively. • You thrive and develop organisation wide change management initiatives in collaboration with the People Leadership team and all People Functions, ensuring targets and deadlines are met and implemented, delegating project work as required. • You champion our Team Culture across DocMorris by coaching, influencing, up-skilling and encouraging senior leaders to effectively manage, motivate and develop their teams.

Strengths

• Generalist experience gained at a senior level in a fast paced, geographically dispersed organisation with thorough and up-to-date knowledge of German employment law and progressive people practices - experience in Dutch Labour law a bonus • Evidence of knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory issues affecting a people function and successful track record of working with senior level management teams on strategy and implementation • Experience of leading a range of complex people projects including restructures, organisation change combined with the ability to apply pragmatism in a variety of often complex situations • Strong people management skills to inspire, motivate staff and to delegate effectively. Travelling between sites is required for this role. • Strategic thinking, planning and (data-)analysis skills, with strong attention to detail as well as the ability to develop creative solutions to organisation challenges • Proactive, positive and self-motivated, with a 'can do', attitude driving activities forward to successful conclusion • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines while considering future organisational requirements • Ability to influence and build effective relationships with key, senior stakeholders and to communicate in German and English on a professional level – Dutch is a bonus #LI-AS1 #LI-Hybrid
