As an (Junior-) Pharmacist (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to enter a managerial role with responsibilities or develop towards one. We are committed to supporting you in achieving your goals.

We are currently looking for you to join us immediately on a full-time in our innovative pharmaceutical departments at our pharmacy located in Settala near Milano. Here, you will have the chance to work in an international and dynamic environment.

YOUR ROLE:

• As an pharmacist expert, you will be the point of contact for all pharmaceutical-related decisions. You will assist in the approval of formulations and ensure the correct control and billing of prescriptions.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling medical information on new medicines (over-the-counter & prescription).
• You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer communication to continuously enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with other departments, you will enable seamless coordination (Stakeholder management).
• As part of your responsibilities, you will design and conduct indication and/or specialty-specific pharmaceutical training sessions, such as dosage forms, application technologies, basic pharmacology, and more.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are a licensed Pharmacist with approvals in Italy.
• You have initial experience in leading a smal team.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, knowledge of German / Dutch would be a benefit.
• Knowledge of scientific work would be ideal.
• You possess a high level of responsibility.
• Strong conceptual and communication skills, as well as result-oriented.
• You have a process- and solution-oriented mindset.
• A high degree of social competence and a willingness to shape and influence.
• You have an affinity for digital applications and services.
