Your Role

Manage all aspects of R&D projects to develop steril and reprocessible ophtalmic products
Support in the creation of long-term product concepts as well as derivation and planning of individual tasks in cooperation with adjacent project managers
Lead project teams in excellence in execution including prioritization, resource allocation, budget management, and improvement processes
Build alignment and lead collaboration with other departments including: Product Management, Sourcing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management and all disciplines within R&D
Establish, develop, and maintain supplier and co-manufacturer relationship
Develop creative and technical solutions to product development challenges
Recording and analysis of project risks as well as derivation and implementation of mitigation measures

Your Profile

M.Sc. with good final grades in sciences, technology or engineering or a medical background
3 years of practical experience in project management in healthcare or pharma industries
Passion for innovation and the healthcare industry
Strong solution-oriented mindset
Track-record of managing complex projects
Strong lateral leadership
