Job Description
The person we are looking for will strategically lead, maintain and expand CHEP’s inbound solutions liquid business (container with liner) and customer relationships within the region together with a constant strive to improve the value offered and perceived by the customer.
Your responsibility:
- Prospect for new opportunities in targeted sectors/markets and manage sales funnel,
- Increase Liquid Inbound Solutions revenue in CEE as per objectives,
- Managing a portfolio of customers in the food industry and cosmetics,
- Engage with the pallet team to create a process for generating leads through their customer contacts,
- Work with pallet account managers to create a great customer experience for multi-product customers,
- Implement new Liquid solutions and provide technical support to customers in trials related to CHEP solutions,
- A clear relationship builder with curiosity to improve and develop your customers business,
- Capable to manage a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally – contacts might range from a production operator to the owner or business unit director,
- Contribute to an intelligence information loop about competitors, market trends and product innovation.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or equal through experience,
- Strong sales and account management experience in a similar role,
- Knowledge of or working history in the food or food processing industry,
- Experience in the supply chain,
- Strong communicator,
- Knowledge of Sales Force,
- Project Management and Presentation Skills,
- Technical insights,
- Languages: fluent German, English and Polish is a must.
