What are your responsibility's:

• Operations and provisioning of the infrastructure (both on-premises in the data centres and in the cloud, including the network)

• Incident Response Team (IRT) and customer support.

• In addition, you support the agile teams of the business unit in taking their responsibility for the operation of their applications

• For this purpose, you provide tools for pipelining in a DevOps approach

• The Senior Manager PNS leads Managers, Team Leaders and their teams, which consist of DevOps Engineers, SREs, Customer Support, Infrastructure and Network specialists

• Business travel as required

The ideal candidate should have:

• A strong background in ITIL and a Master’s or MBA degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Multilingual skills, fluent in German and English, and experience running applications and ensuring high availability.

• Demonstrable experience with DevOps and Cloud concepts, as well as experience managing stakeholders up to the executive/C-Suite level.

• 8-10 years of management experience, particularly in change or interim management, and should be able to demonstrate success in change programs utilizing methodologies such as ADKAR.

• Experience managing multiple teams of at least 30 people with Agile methodology, and experience with SAFe is a plus.

• Cultural sensitivity, with experience working internationally with diverse teams and managing geographically remote teams.

• Experience in budget setting and cost management, as well as negotiation with various stakeholders to secure necessary resources.

• Experience managing teams with homegrown software solutions, cloud-based, or on legacy systems, and cloud migration experience is a plus.
