We are excited to announce multiple openings to support our services for the existing and future EU Space Programmes. We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals who are passionate about contributing to the forefront of space technology in the field of Space Segment Engineering.
In this area we have different available positions which will be covering some of the tasks and responsibilities mentioned below. The locations for these positions may also vary depending on the position.
Security:
In line with security requirements, the candidate has to hold a European citizenship. Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. Furthermore, in view of the nature of the work the company is in, all potential employees will undergo stringent reference and identity checks.
- Review of the technical documentation for the space segment level activities and ensure consistency with system level documentation
- Interface with industrial and institutional players as well as service operators
- Participate in the space segment evolutions development reviews and change control board
- Support the preparation of requirements, launch activities, and management of the procurements
- Support the assessment of the performance of the space segment industrial contractors, through the review of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities
- Develop and deploy spacecraft infrastructure
- Support launch campaigns
- A university degree in Aerospace engineering, Telecommunications engineering or a related field
- Experience in space segment engineering, in particular EU Space programmes.
- Willingness to travel several days per month
- Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
- Other language skills would be a plus
