Tasks

Development, qualification and introduction of new manufacturing processes/technologies (WI, SOP, DEV etc.)

Conceptual design of fixtures, partial automation and automation solutions

Introduction of partial and full automation systems
-
Handover and training of production staff for new or modified processes
-
Preparation and updating of maintenance plans of erected production and production auxiliary equipment

Preparation of operating instructions for production equipment/plants, execution and documentation of risk assessments of self-constructed production equipment (in cooperation with the safety specialist)

Analysis of the production process and determination of error correction measures

Software adaptations for computer-aided test stations
Requirements
-
Bachelor or Master degree in the field of mechanical engineering,
-
Electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanics or similar.

+ 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in automation and rationalization

Development, qualification and implementation of new manufacturing processes /manufacturing technologies

Oracle knowledge
-
Fluent English (min. B2)

Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
