• Use your creative expertise to design and create engaging, innovative, and visually impressive content (e.g. graphics, motion graphics, videos) that sets our brand apart and resonates with our audience.
• Leverage advanced design and video editing tools to produce high-quality content, always staying one step ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Perform audience analysis and gather feedback to continuously optimize content for maximum impact and reach.
• Focus on improving user experience, ensuring that digital content is easily navigable, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international marketing teams, copywriters, and other designers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the brand's digital content.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design.
• Several years of proven experience in digital and motion content design, with an impressive portfolio demonstrating your creative abilities and past work.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques, with proficiency in using the latest design and motion software and tools, including AI.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Expertise in motion design, with the ability to create compelling animations and motion graphics that enhance the digital content experience.
