We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our "Q-Commerce" team. The ideal person has demonstrated the ability to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple initiatives at the same time before. You’ll partner closely with geographically dispersed business, product and engineering teams to define and execute against our delivery plans on an hypergrowth ambition.
You should have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, agility, and creativity while being able to dive deep into technical details when required. If you enjoy solving complex problems and tackling tough challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
You will need to make calls that require both keen business and technical judgment, escalate effectively, and drive process and tooling improvements to drive greater transparency and efficiency. This position requires significant technical background, and to be customer/user-focused.

Develop, implement, and iterate on program management procedures, frameworks, and metrics to achieve goals with defined success criteria

Lead initiatives and work closely with teams across the organization, including software engineering, product management, product operations, data engineering, business, finance and compliance

Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability

Your Mission:
-
4+ years of extensive experience in project/delivery management experience for large, cross-functional initiatives in a software development environment
-
Proven experience leading cross-organizational projects and ability to set and hold teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrable experience developing and implementing process improvements.

Experience with agile techniques.

Basic knowledge of SQL querying.

Knowledge of data structures and data relationships.

Highly organized and have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

Familiarity with different Agile frameworks and have experience about how project management can work within them

Excellent stakeholder management skills

You have worked closely with software engineers and product managers in previous roles

Ability to handle multiple priorities in an energizing environment

Experience at user level of some of the following tools: Looker, Tableau , Data Studio
