In your position, your main responsibilities include daily customer contact with members via telephone, email, and chat, as well as providing expert advice and handling inquiries related to resorts and holiday apartment bookings. • Daily customer contact with members (mainly by telephone, e-Mails and chat)
• Advising and handling customer inquiries about the resorts and regarding booking of holiday apartments
• Advising and selling various additional (touristic) holiday offers as well as the investment products (shares)

• Completed vocational training, e.g. hotel management or/and commercial school/field or/and sales
• First experience in customer and guest relations, ideally with telephone (travel) consulting
• Career changers are welcome, as long as language skills are fulfilled
• Proofed handling of various computer programs and applications
• Service- and team oriented working style with the aim to support and satisfy our customers at any time
• Customer-oriented activity accustomed to sales, reception, reception or catering or similar
• Pleasure in mostly telephone activity consulting (no call center function)

• Travel RequirementsOccasional visits or business trips from Winterberg to Zug/CH
