In this exciting and varied internal sales function, you will be responsible for the fully integrated support of JOOP! customers in a sales area and ensure perfect service at all times. You are the central contact person for our customers, actively sell our goods on the phone and always ensure their timely delivery. Furthermore, you will accompany the entire administrative sales process from order entry to the monitoring of incoming payments or open items, handle all customer inquiries and be an active participant in important customer meetings with the sales field service. In addition, you will prepare customer as well as sales analyses and monitor the corresponding delivery dates. Close cooperation with the sales managers and the merchandising team rounds off your exciting field of activity. You bring with you:
- A successfully completed commercial training, a degree in textile / apparel management or similar
- Preferably first professional experience in internal sales and/or sales
- Good user and IT skills (MS-Office, ideally SAP R/3)
- English and German spoken and written, any other language an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new business activities
- Quick perception and independent, structured way of working
- A positive mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
