The Working Student (m/f/d) role in PMO Support is essential for assisting the PMO Manager in the successful implementation of standardized HR solutions and transformation programs. This role provides valuable project management support and coordination, helping to streamline project collaboration and communication within People & Culture and across the organization. This position is ideal for a student (m/f/d) eager to gain hands-on experience in HR project management within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Assist in implementing and improving standardized project management methodologies and tools to support HR transformation programs, and support the coordination of cross-functional project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Track project actions, risks, and mitigation measures, helping to identify and address potential issues proactively
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for senior leadership and project steering committees
- Support the onboarding and integration of new project team members by providing necessary training and guidance
- Manage project documentation and knowledge sharing processes to maintain an organized project repository
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and experience with project management software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a keen ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus
