This is what you move:
As Associate Director (all) Programmatic for Google, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of programmatic campaigns for your accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will also ensure effective management of your projects in accordance to briefing, scheduling, budget and KPIs. In addition, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

You will oversee all programmatic accounts in the team and ensure that ongoing and timely optimizations are carried out, as well as regularly and proactively identifying optimization opportunities
You ensure that your team processes customer or campaign enquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner (e.g. weekly reports, media plans and test ideas)
You will demonstrate best-practice techniques and develop your team members capabilities to achieve them
You will carry out data analyses and interpretations for your client, identify problems and develop solutions
You oversee the development of testing plans in order to develop medium-term campaign measures and goals
You constantly develop your knowledge of all programmatic and third-party platforms and provide your team with a learning environment that encourages further development
You make an important contribution to overarching programmatic EMEA goals and provide strategic insights into individual campaign wrap-ups

Must-haves:

You have Operational experience on the agency side in the field of programmatic, especially with DV360 and Google Ads
You are passionate about digital topics, have an active interest in and understanding of trends in the online advertising industry and a sound knowledge of the German media landscape
You bring Initial experience in (technical) leadership and have willingness to develop your team members
You have strong analytical skills and have a natural affinity for numbers, as well as the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and derive actionable recommendations wherever necessary
A high attention to detail and good organisational skills rounds up the profile

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with planning and executing larger campaigns and multiple channels (e.g. video, audio, display)
Experience with brand campaigns and understanding of brand lift measurement and different methodologies
DV360 and Google Ads YouTube certification
Experience with Google Workspace
