Head of Business Germany in Stuttgart bei Prime Group

We are looking for our Head of Business in Stuttgart who’s got what it takes to be a part of us, a part of prime group!

Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Manage and Coordinate a new operation from scratch .

As our Head of Business in Stuttgart you will be responsible for our new office’s goals and strategies, make business grow locally as well as internationally and ensure brand implementation in a new market. You will analyze the IT & Engineering market to build up a client-portfolio identifying potential clients and projects from scratch. Another main challenge will be the hiring, management and development of the internal management, recruitment and consultant team to develop and follow their career path and ensure motivation and engagement.

Are you aligned with what we are looking for?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Senior Manager position within the IT or Engineering sector;

• Deep knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Germany;

• Fluent German and English, another language is a plus;

• Decision maker and willing to take risks to implement a new company in the market;

• Out of the box mindset to set up new goals and company strategies;

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
