In this position you will:

• You warmly welcome our guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception
• You handle telephone inquiries and market our customer loyalty program "World of Hyatt"
• Process guest feedback and no-show invoices
• You are responsible for cash payments

• You are familiar with common computer programs and ideally have already worked with Opera
