We are seeking a talented and creative Employer Brand Specialist to join Cencora. As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will play a critical role in activating and localizing our newly developed Employer Value Proposition. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative employer branding initiatives that attract top talent, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a local employer brand strategy aligned with Cencora’s Employer Value Proposition and global strategy.
- Create compelling employer branding campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, career websites, job boards) to attract top talent.
- Develop engaging content (e.g., videos, blog posts, testimonials) that showcases the organization's unique culture, values, employee benefits, career opportunities, etc.
- Elevate recruitment marketing for Cencora by deploying industry best practices and introducing market trends related to employer branding.
- Support the management of the company's online presence on career platforms and social media platforms to enhance the employer brand image.
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns targeted at specific talent pools or geographic regions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through metrics.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging during the candidate selection process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Marketing, and Communications to ensure storytelling and activation initiatives are aligned to hiring and business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to become brand ambassadors.
What your background should look like
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, content marketing or similar
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful employer branding strategies within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of current trends in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences across various channels.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing innovative employer branding initiatives.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Experience in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Knowledge of implementation of design in a Content Management System, jobs platform preferred.
- Analytical skills to track metrics and measure the impact of employer branding efforts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
