Quality Assistant- Textiles in München bei Westwing Home & Living GmbH

As Quality Assistant- Textiles, you play a crucial role in our ambitious growth strategy. As part of Westwing's core function, you contribute to ensuring an excellent customer experience with a continuous emphasis on high product quality. Your responsibilities include enhancing our products and ensuring the agreed-upon quality from suppliers. You identify areas where customer expectations are not met and collaborate with international product development teams and suppliers to implement improvements. This position is located in Munich and is unlimited.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• support the Quality Manager in daily operations related to product development and improvements
• independently analyze and evaluate return data and customer feedback
• proactively drive product improvements in collaboration with the buying department
• communicate directly with our international suppliers
• maintain and review product-related data

YOU COME WITH

• bachelor's degree or completed vocational training with a technical background, preferably in textiles engineering
• first working experience is advantages
• excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• independent, well-structured and goal-oriented working style
• fluency in English
• proficiency in MS Office
