Responsibilities:
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- 2-3 Years general clerical experience.
- Professional attitude with a strong customer service awareness and focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Proficient typing and word processing skills.
- General computer knowledge.
- Prior receptionist and/or customer service related experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Qualifications:
JOB SCOPE:
Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls and mails by providing excellent customer service
- Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
- Execute various administrative tasks, including order requisitions for several productlines
- Help with vehicle fleet tasks
- May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents.
- Sorting, opening and distributing of in-coming mail.
- Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
