For our customer service department in Berlin we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our Polish customers in full time for the next possible date.
- Process customer orders in our ERP system (QAD/ SAP)
- Initiate and follow customer returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish customers (hospitals)
- Support the Polish Sales team by providing relevant information in a timely manner
- Proactively reach out to customers and colleagues
- Provide data and information to multiple departments within Penumbra
- Support Customer Service Supervisors on dedicated projects where needed and appropriate
- Strong communication skills
- Team Player with a service attitude
- Analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers and data
- Detail-oriented with a good sense for urgency and priorities
- Experience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP) would be an advantage
- Native level of Polish & full fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
