Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Sample logistics: Coordination of sample receipt, packaging and shipment to and from clinical sites, external partners and different departments within Immatics
- Management of sample documentation trackers and thereby keeping the overview of expected, received and analyzed samples
- Paper-based GCP-compliant documentation and extraction of relevant information from patient pathology reports
- Supporting activities required in a routine laboratory, especially for the sample processing, storage and archiving
- Preparation of FFPE sections for patient enrollment in clinical trials
- Opportunity to expand experimental skills into additional method areas
You have successfully completed your apprenticeship (BTA, MTA, MTLA or CTA) or have an equivalent educational qualification (Bachelor´s or Master´s degree) in a life science/ medical field. Ideally, you have experience in one of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility. Advanced verbal and written English language skills are required (knowledge of German is a plus). Your independent, accurate working style and time management skills help you work with the highest degree of efficiency. You value working in a structured and organized fashion and approach tasks with quick comprehension and foresight. You are a reliable and enthusiastic team player and are open to a high degree of flexibility in your tasks. Accurate documentation of workflows and results is of highest importance to you.
