Who are we

We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

These tasks and challenges awaits you:

Work with teams to develop estimates, budgets and timelines
Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Assist the team in managing and prioritizing workloads
Manage communication and approvals between project and client teams
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and offer solutions when necessary
Identify and secure project resources, including third-party vendors, as needed
Serve as a liaison for internal resources from planning through implementation for flawless execution of projects

You have the following experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Engineering
Experience in TSOs business or businesses related to TSOs
Good knowledge of electrical power grid fundamentals and operation
Good knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
Understanding of power system grid modelling, data formats used and load-flow analysis
Good knowledge on operation-related regulatory background
Deep knowledge on training tools and practices
Deep knowledge on learning and development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
