• Identify customers, applications, and markets that are a fit for TESVOLT solutions
• Engage with key stakeholders and potential partners to understand their product market fit
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in close teamwork with the marketing team
• Participate in conferences, fairs, industry events, meetings and networking
• Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing technical support
• You act as a technical advisor/consultant to understand customers unmet needs
• Act as focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans and contract negotiations
• You liaise with internal teams to understand processes and timelines associated with sales
• Co-ordinate electricity market analysis to understand what is required to enter the new market

• Solid work experience in technical sales / product management / business development in the energy sector (B2B) preferably in energy storage or renewables sectors
• Technical background, preferrably electrotechnical, is a MUST
• Knowledge of the Netherlands´ energy landscape and network
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Desire to work in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work remotely and travel across the Netherlands
• Until we have an office in the Netherlands, we'd love for you to work from home
• Dutch at a native level and a good command of written and spoken English is a MUST
