Your tasks:

• In your role as a Salesforce Senior Specialist looking after the Service and Sales Cloud, you will be responsible for working crossfunctionally with the IT and Product teams to deliver smart’s business requirements
• At the same time, the main goal is to keep the Salesforce implementation project on track in terms of schedule, budget and clear business ownership
• You work closely with stakeholders to drive the implementation of smart’s Salesforce KPIs and dashboards
• You will ensure the effectiveness of the Salesforce products by understanding smart’s business goals and business practices
• You will have responsibility over translating smart’s business goals into technical requirements for the IT and Product Management teams to execute
• You coordinate documentation analysis and research to run product development and deliver within multifunctional agile teams

Your profile:

• You have 3+ years experience working with Salesforce creating a smooth and seamless user experience
• You bring experience working with ‘Salesforce Service’ and ‘Sales’ cloud solutions
• You understand ‘Salesforce Solution Design’ and can prioritise/refine goals to craft and develop user-friendly customizations that meet our business needs
• You possess a salesforce cloud certification
• You bring a proven ability to quickly gain the trust of colleagues and key stakeholders and mobilize and motivate teams
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory
