Your Impact:
Meeting and interviewing individuals from the Central Eastern Europe organization to understand how the organization is structured
Continuously observing and sharing opportunities for improvement
Independently managing own projects within the organization to drive the growth
Conducting in-depth research on customers and prospective customers to improve the quality and knowledge of accounts and extent the customer database
Gathering strategic insights into the market and competitive environment

You are the perfect fit for our team if are currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor/Master) at a German university and demonstrate the following characteristics:

Quantitative & Presentation Skills: As a CRM company, we love data in every step of our work. Thus, an understanding and the ability to handle data is a must-have, this also includes skills in Excel / Google Sheets and visualization of results.
