Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
The consultant will intervene inside IT Departments to support ongoing projects and run activities. Current roadmap aims at maintaining current Regulatory Reporting topics for Finance with tight links to Risk Controlling and Financial Accounting
The consultant will be a Business Analyst with 3 other Business Analysts/developers, managing the delivery and quality of service and coordinating IT ressources to meet business requirements. The business analysts also support a dedicated IT team for a highly critical project on Regulatory Reporting.
Facing the business contacts / end-users in Frankfurt and Paris:
- Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative
- Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management
- Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functionnal architecture
- Manage the governance committees (English), workshop…
- Design the features (UI / logic / data), and model functionnally the system (sequence, dependancies…)
- Manage Incident process: qualification, functionnal analysis, coordination, resolution plan
- Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
- Design Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
Facing the developer teams in Tunisia and Paris:
- Write detailed functional specifications
- Provide functional support to developers
- Acceptance and validation of functionalities
Facing RegRep Lead and Head of IT Finance & Risk in Paris/Frankfurt:
- Project and progress reporting
- Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions
Anforderungsprofil
Anforderungen - Completed studies in an engineering school or Master's degree in IT
- 2-3 years experience working in IT department with financial expertise
- Functional knowledge of Abacus 360, Finance Regulatory Reporting, Risk Controlling and Accounting Balance
- Technical knowledge of Talend and MSSQL developments
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments as Equities and Fixed Income
- Excellent written communication, synthesis as well as interpersonal skills
- Communication skills, commitment, critical thinking
- Organisational skills, ability to work independently, sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English, French would be a plus
