Strategy Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a strategy analyst, you’ll bring your experience in the Department of Defense and work alongside thought leaders at a combatant command on projects of strategic importance to U.S. planning and strategy. You’ll use your skills and expertise to develop solutions and plan activities.
Work with us to support a client in furthering human and procedural interoperability through leading Working Groups and Joint Planning Teams to make recommendations on aligning processes and procedures. You'll plan and execute executive level events with strategic impact. You'll provide expert analysis on key issues relevant to senior defense leadership on integration through written and oral means. You'll also analyze events, documents, and activities to identify key impacts to client focus areas.

You Have:
Experience at a strategic command, including combatant command, Joint Staff, Military Department, or Office of the Secretary of Defense
Knowledge of NATO and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers - Europe (SHAPE)
Ability to focus on details relevant to planning and running conferences and events at the executive level
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
Experience working at NATO HQ or SHAPE
Experience in Joint Publication 5.0 and the Military Decision Making Process
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including at the executive level
Master's degree
Project Management Professional Certification
Graduate of a senior service college or equivalent
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
